“Order” means the Customer’s order for the Goods placed through our website 

“Delivery Location” means the Customer’s premises or any other location as set out in the Order. 

Basis of Sale 

The description of Goods on our website, brochure, catalogue or other forms of advertisement does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the Goods. 

All orders placed by you are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an Order due to stock limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. 

A binding contract for the purchase of Goods shall be formed only when we send you an order confirmation or ship the Goods to you. 

Clearance and inventory sale prices are valid only while supplies last. 

We ship items to the Delivery Location provided by you during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. 

Products are sold on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. 

We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

2. To participate in the promotional offer, the Customer must be 18 years of age.
3. Each eligible product is priced at ₹5 only.
4. Shipping charges are additional and must be paid by the customer at checkout.
5. Maximum purchase: 2 products per customer/order, irrespective of product type.
6. Prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for this promotional offer.
7. The offer is available on limited stocks only / till stocks last. Products are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
8. Products purchased under this promotion shall not be eligible for return, exchange, refund, cancellation or replacement, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. 9.  Orders found to be placed using multiple accounts, duplicate identities, bots, resellers, or any fraudulent means may be cancelled at A47's sole discretion without prior notice.

10. This offer cannot be combined with any other coupon, discount, promotion, or loyalty benefit.

11. A47 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

12. By participating in this promotion, Customers agree to these Terms & Conditions. The decision  of https://a47.in/ regarding any dispute relating to the promotion shall be final and binding.
13. A product is considered purchased only after successful payment confirmation. Adding an eligible product to the Customer's cart or initiating an Order does not reserve the product or guarantee its availability at the promotional price. An Order shall be subject to stock availability and A47's acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
14. A47 shall not be responsible for failed transactions or unsuccessful purchases arising from internet issues, payment gateway failures or website traffic.
15. In the event of any pricing or technical error, A47 reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund of the amount paid by the Customer. 
16. The Offer shall be subject to all applicable taxes.
    

     

Warranties and Limitation of Liability 

• Condition of Goods: Inventory is sold brand new or as described in the applicable Order
• Risk of Loss: Risk of damage or loss passes to you once the carrier delivers the item to your specified address.

·  Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific item bought. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

6. Governing Law 

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Terms and Conditions
